1. About Us
Tita Noy's Pichi-Pichi (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a home-based food business operating in the Philippines. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
All orders must be placed during our operating hours (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM) with a cutoff of 3:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders are in multiples of 3 pieces with a minimum of 3 pieces. All orders are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payment is processed through PayMongo using GCash. Delivery fees are calculated via Lalamove at the time of order and may vary based on distance.
4. Delivery
Delivery is handled by Lalamove riders. Estimated delivery times are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control. A valid delivery address within our service area is required.
5. Food Safety
Our pichi-pichi is made fresh daily and is best consumed on the same day. We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
