Refund Policy

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as “Preparing.” Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. To cancel, contact us immediately or use the order tracking page.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled before preparation, a full refund will be issued to your GCash account via PayMongo. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.

Quality Issues

If you receive an order that doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us with photos within 2 hours of delivery. We will either replace the order or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered or is delivered to the wrong address due to our error, we will issue a full refund including the delivery fee. Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable

Delivery fees are non-refundable for completed deliveries. Orders that have been delivered and consumed are not eligible for refund unless there is a quality issue reported within the specified timeframe.
